Mullahs' Embassy Blamed for Kidnapping, Torture of Iranian Refugee in Germany

The terrorist operation of kidnapping and torture on February 2 of a 28-year-old Iranian refugee, near Bonn, was directed from the mullahs' embassy in the German capital, reports say. Hossein Moussavian, the regime's ambassador to Germany, went to Tehran last month to be briefed on the latest decisions and make the final arrangements.

The Iranian refugee was taken to one of the regime's Intelligence Ministry safe houses and tortured 48 hours. He managed to escape while being transferred to another safe house.

The regime's embassy in Bonn is one of the most important centers of the Intelligence Ministry abroad, and the center for direction of the regime's terrorist operations in Europe. The embassy's third floor is at the disposal of the Intelligence Ministry. In addition, the regime uses its various cultural, religious, economic and trade agencies in Germany to further its terrorist objectives.

Last June, following the Iranians' massive gathering in Dortmund, Germany, where the Iranian Resistance's President-elect was to participate and deliver a speech, the New York Times cited the American officials as saying that the Khomeini regime had dispatched a terrorist squad to assassinate Mrs. Rajavi.

Formerly in 1988, the mullahs' terrorists kidnapped Mr. Abolhassan Mojtahedzadeh, a member of the Mojahedin, in Istanbul, Turkey. After several days of being torture, he managed to escape from the trunk of the regime's diplomatic car while being transferred to Iran.

Mr. Akbar Ghorbani, the Mojahedin's representative in Istanbul was kidnapped in 1992. He was murdered under long sessions of torture in the regime's safe houses near Istanbul.

Germany's appeasing attitude toward the Khomeini regime and lack of decisiveness vis-a-vis its terrorism, has enabled the regime to expand its torture centers to the heart of Europe.

The National Council of Resistance of Iran calls on the Government, parliament and parties of Germany, as well as all international authorities, to show decisiveness against the policy of export of terrorism by the mullahs' religious, terrorist dictatorship. The Iranian Resistance calls for the closure of the regime's embassies and representation offices in Germany and the punishment of the masterminds and perpetrators of such inhuman crimes against Iranian refugees.
