Iranian Resistance condemns Greek official's call on EU to expand ties with criminals ruling Iran

News agencies reported that the Greek Foreign Minister, visiting Tehran upon the invitation of the mullahs' religious, terrorist dictatorship, called for the "expansion" of ties between the European Union and Khomeini's anti-human regime.

The call comes as the United Nations Sub-Commission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities, in a strongly-worded resolution yesterday, condemned the flagrant and widespread violations of human rights and the export of terrorism by the clerical regime. The Sub-Commission's resolution was the 38th UN document censuring the ruling theocracy in the last decade.

Also last week, the Danish Foreign Minister unequivocally underscored the futility of the policy of critical dialogue.

The National Council of Resistance of Iran strongly condemns the Greek Foreign Minister's remarks. It considers any promotion of, and insistence on, continuing "critical dialogue" as running counter to the highest interests of the Iranian people. The experience of the past years confirms that appeasing the most barbaric religious dictatorship in the contemporary era will only embolden it to persist in the suppression of the Iranian people and the export of terrorism and fundamentalism.

The time has come for the European countries to no longer sacrifice human rights principles for putting petty economic interests, and join the trade sanctions against the medieval mullahs.
