German Prosecutor completes summation
Rajavi reiterates need to terminate critical dialogue, impose comprehensive sanctions on mullahs

The Federal Prosecutor of Germany finished his summation yesterday at the Court of Berlin. The NCR President Massoud Rajavi lauded the Federal Prosecutor's independence of action and opinion. He once again called on the government of Germany and the European Union to put an end to the policy of critical dialogue and impose a comprehensive embargo on the religious, terrorist dictatorship ruling Iran.

In reading the case for the prosecution, the Federal Prosecutor reviewed the criminal record of Ali Fallahian, the mullahs' Minister of Intelligence, and thoroughly exposed the Khomeini regime's sponsorship of terrorism. He emphasized that the only party with a motive for the murder of four Iranian dissident Kurds was the mullahs' regime.

Panicky officials of the Khomeini regime called the German Prosecutor "out of his mind," and described the charges as "foolish." They threatened to file a complaint against Germany's General Prosecutor. Earlier, Rafsanjani, Velayati and other top officials had threatened Germany with retaliation and tried every means to prevent the progress of the court proceedings. In another desperate effort to thwart the damage caused by the indictment, the state-run daily Kayhan, called for "severance of all ties with Germany."

Mr. Rajavi said the only effective policy in dealing with this regime is decisiveness, adding that placating policies have only emboldened the regime in continuing its crimes in Iran and abroad.

The German Federal Prosecutor declared that the order for the killing of four opponents in Berlin had been issued by Ali Khamenei, the mullahs' leader. He highlighted the role of the regime's secret services in the assassination. The Federal Prosecutor based his charges on the testimonies of over 170 Iranian and non-Iranian witnesses and presented it to the court after 50 months of investigation and 220 court sessions. It is yet another irrefutable document proving the direct involvement of the highest officials of the mullahs' regime in organizing and sponsoring acts of international terrorism.

Simultaneous with the summation on Thursday, Mr. Rajavi demanded that the warrant for the arrest of Fallahian be made an international warrant. He expressed hope that the German Judiciary would also issue warrants for the arrest of Khamenei and his accomplices, particularly Rafsanjani and Velayati.

The Iranian Resistance believes that justice demands the convening of an international tribunal to try the leaders of the mullahs' religious, terrorist dictatorship, this godfather of international terrorism, for their crimes against humanity.
