These remarks by the mullahs' Deputy Commander of the Guards Corps are but a bid to blatantly threaten and blackmail the states in the region, particularly those in the Persian Gulf. The remarks coincide with the ten-day maneuvers of the regime's naval forces in the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman and the receipt of a third submarine from Russia.
The mullahs' regime is surrounded by irremediable economic and political crises. It is incapable of confronting the escalation of social protests and the Iranian people's increasing support for the Resistance. More than any other time, therefore, the regime finds itself in need of creating crisis outside its territory.
The Iranian Resistance strongly warns against the terrorist threats and warmongering preparations of the mullahs' religious, terrorist dictatorship. It calls for the boycott of all arms sales to and oil purchases from the mullahs and believes a decisive confrontation with the regime is an international imperative. Today preventing the mullahs' meddling and aggressions is the first necessary condition for the establishment of peace and stability in the region.
