Massoud Rajavi: Italy must put investigation in Naqdi's case on its agenda

Following the verdict by Germany's supreme criminal court that named Khamenei and Rafsanjani, the leader and president of the mullahs' regime, as principals in the murder of four Iranian dissidents in September 1992 in Berlin, Mr. Massoud Rajavi, Presiden t of the National Council of Resistance of Iran stated: The ruling by a European court has left no doubt about the role of the leaders of the mullahs' religious, terrorist dictatorship in assassinating the Resistance's activists and Iranian dissidents.

The government of Italy, the NCR President said, must therefore reopen the case of the March 16, 1993 assassination by Tehran's terrorists of Mr. Mohammad Hossien Naghdi, the representative of the National Council of Resistance in Italy. It must seek lega l recourse for Hamid Parandeh, one of the regime's diplomat-terrorists who played a key role in this murder while on official duty in Italy."

Recalling the European Union's last night's decision, Mr. Rajavi urged the government of Italy to pay heed and refrain from any dialogue or discussion with the officials of the mullahs' anti-human regime.
