Mojahedin's military operations in Ahwaz, Khorramshahr and Shoush (Khuzistan Province)

The Mojahedin Command inside Iran announced in a statement this morning that its forces carried out three attacks on the clerical regime's military centers in Iran's southwestern province of Khuzistan:

1. Forces of the 2nd Brigade of the 23rd Special Airborne Division based in Chananeh, west of Shoush, were attacked with RPG-7 anti-tank rockets and heavy machine-guns.

2. Intelligence units belonging to the 92nd Armored Division were attacked as they patrolled the area north of the port city of Khorramshahr. The units' commander was killed.

3. Units belonging to the 761st Battalion of the 92nd Division's 1st Brigade were ambushed southwest of Ahwaz and forced to flee after a clash.
