Mullahs' air raid on National Liberation Army camp in Jalawla fended off by base's air defenses

At about 9 a.m. this morning, the clerical regime launched an air strike on Camp Anzali of the National Liberation Army of Iran near the city of Jalawla, but the attacking fighter-bombers were fended off by the camp's air defense units and forced to flee before they could carry out their mission.

Minutes earlier, two Pilatus reconnaissance and photography planes coming from Iran flew over the camp.

Mr. Massoud Rajavi, President of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, urged the UN Secretary General and the Security Council to condemn this flagrant act of aggression and outrageous violation of UN Security Council Resolution 598.
