Rajavi welcomes Arab League's condemnation of air strikes on NLA, urges boycott of Islamic Conference in Tehran

Mr. Massoud Rajavi, Leader of the Iranian Resistance, welcomed the Arab League's condemnation of the Khomeini regime's air strikes on basecamps of the National Liberation Army.

Mr. Rajavi called on the leaders of these countries to sever ties with the mullahs' regime and boycott the Islamic Conference in Tehran so as to deny legitimacy to the criminal actions by the Iranian regime.

Placating policies, as well as silence and inaction of the international community and governments in the Middle East towards Iran's ruling mullahs have emboldened them to expand their warmongering policies to other Islamic and Arab countries, particularly those in the Persian Gulf, Mr. Rajavi pointed out.

The Iranian Resistance leader emphasized that the attacks by the Khomeini regime's Air Force on NLA garrisons were in flagrant violation of UN Security Council resolution 598 and took advantage of the special circumstances prevailing Iraq.

He reiterated: The mullahs' regime is the prime source of tension and export of terrorism and fundamentalism to the region and wastes no time in advancing these policies. Therefore, severing all trade and diplomatic ties with the mullahs' regime is indispensable to preserving Islamic and Arab solidarity and establishing peace and tranquillity in the region.
