Khomeini regime's terrorists attack NLA patrol unit

Simultaneous with the attack by the mullahs' Guards Corps and Intelligence Ministry on Mojahedin units near the city of Tarsaq inside Iraq, the Khomeini regime's terrorists, using RPG-18 rockets, attacked at 11:30 p.m., Sunday, March 1, a patrol unit of the National Liberation Army of Iran near one of NLA's basecamps, named after Zahra Rajabi, and located near the city of Kut, in the no-fly zone.

The NLA combatants reacted swiftly, opening fire on the terrorists who fled before firing all their rockets. None of the rockets hit their targets and none of the NLA combatants were harmed.

This is the 60th terrorist operation by the mullahs' religious, terrorist dictatorship against the Iranian Resistance in Iraq since 1993.

Mr. Massoud Rajavi, President of the National Council of Resistance, sent a telegram to the UN Secretary General and members of the Security Council, demanding that they condemn this terrorist crime. Mr. Rajavi pointed out that the international community's silence and inaction had emboldened Iran's ruling theocracy to continue its terrorist attacks and violation of international law.
