- Clerical regime launches major truck bomb attack in Baghdad
- Two of the wounded, Ms. Massoument Goudarzi, candidate for leadership council of the Mojahedin, and Mr. Javad Fotouhi, died. Number of those killed reaches six.
- Another civil bus, carrying 60 Iraqi citizens was destroyed while passing by at the time of explosion. A number of passengers were wounded.
- The wave of explosion shattered the windows of residential houses within a radius of 200 meters.

The major terrorist crime by the Iranian clerical regime's terrorists and mercenaries, which was cowardly carried out by a remote-controlled truck bomb this morning in northeast Baghdad, left considerable human and material damages.

1. Ms. Massoumeh Goudarzi, candidate for Mojahedin's Leadership Council, and Mr. Javad Fotouhi, who were among the 23 wounded this morning, died around noon time in hospital due to severe injuries. The number of those killed in this terrorist crime thus reaches six.

2. Another civilian bus with 60 Iraqi passengers, passing by at the time of explosion, was also demolished and a number of innocent passengers were wounded. Reporters were able to see the wreckage of the civilian bus 400 meters away from the site of explosion.

3. The explosion was so intense that only ashes remained from the truck bomb, with only small pieces of the engine and chassis found 80 meters away. The shrapnels of the explosives were found 150 meters away from the site of explosion.

4. The wave of explosion shattered windows of buildings and residential units within a radius of 200 meters.

5. Dozens of reporters from international news agencies visited the site of explosion and the remains of the clerical regime's appalling terrorist crime.
